The Problem

Real estate investors researching delinquent tax properties face a fragmented landscape — county-by-county searches, inconsistent data formats, no unified map view, and no way to track auction dates or analyze deals across state lines. Existing tools were either overpriced, limited in coverage, or locked behind clunky enterprise interfaces.

The Approach

Built DeedVue from scratch as a full-stack property intelligence platform under Keynvest LLC. The core: 1.8M+ delinquent tax records with auction dates, demolition & land bank listings, and deep parcel research spanning all 50 states + DC + US territories. Users can search by address, APN, or Parcel ID with real-time autocomplete, explore parcels with boundary overlays, and drill into property details.

Beyond search, the platform includes a deal analyzer, portfolio tracker, favorites and saved lists, notes, and CSV/PDF export. The pricing model — monthly, annual, and team tiers — was designed for individual investors through investment firms. The entire product was designed, developed, and deployed end-to-end: front-end, back-end, data infrastructure, and ops.

The Problem

Ivy League Training & Sales has been certifying forklift and aerial lift operators for over 35 years — with 37,000+ operators certified nationwide. But their online presence didn't reflect that credibility. They needed a professional site that communicated OSHA compliance authority, generated leads, and worked across devices.

The Approach

Built a multi-page static site on Cloudflare Pages with a focus on trust signals and conversion. Every design decision pointed toward credibility: OSHA compliance messaging front and center, structured data for search engines, testimonials from real operators, and clear service breakdowns for on-site certification.

The architecture was intentionally lightweight — static HTML/CSS/JS, no framework overhead, sub-second load times. Lead capture forms were integrated without third-party bloat, and the entire site was built to be maintained without a CMS.

The Problem

Old Hollywood Cheesecakes is a luxury artisan bakery inspired by the glamour of Golden Age Hollywood. Every cheesecake is handcrafted with premium ingredients — but the brand needed a digital home that matched the product's quality and story. The challenge: convey luxury and artistry without looking like every other bakery site.

The Approach

Designed a brand-first site built around atmosphere rather than templates. Gold accent tones (#c9a96e), cinematic layout pacing, and a flavors showcase that lets each cheesecake feel like a feature — not a menu item.

The multi-section build covers brand storytelling, the full flavor lineup, online ordering integration, and contact. Every section was designed to reinforce the "Old Hollywood" identity — from typography choices to hover interactions. Static architecture on Cloudflare Pages keeps it fast and maintenance-free.

Their services span internet & data, cloud phone systems, SD-WAN networking, and security & compliance — but their digital presence didn't communicate the depth or professionalism of their offering. They needed a site that educated prospects and drove consultation requests.

The Approach

Built a systems-thinking site — not just pages, but a connected experience. Each service area got dedicated content architecture with carrier comparison context and consultation CTAs. The design uses teal accents (#00c9a7) against a dark, technical-feeling backdrop that signals infrastructure expertise.

The consultation flow was designed to qualify leads before the first call. Structured data, clean SEO fundamentals, and sub-second static delivery on Cloudflare Pages complete the technical stack.
